The petitioner has filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated October 24, 2025 wherein the writ petition was dismissed for default on the ground of non-appearance of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the writ petition was called by this Court on October 24, 2025, the learned advocate could not appear before this Court due to his illness.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the application.

This Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the petitioner before this Court on October 24, 2025 when the matter was called. 6.

Accordingly, the order dated October 24, 2025 is recalled. WPA 22600 of 2024 is restored to its original file.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

The petitioner is directed to issue notice upon the respondents with regard to the writ petition intimating the next date of hearing.
