This is an application for expeditious hearing of a partition suit being Title Suit No.142 of 2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Barasat.

It appears from the order-sheet that 12th December, 2023 has been fixed for peremptory hearing of the suit.

In view thereof, CO 3180 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Barasat to dispose of the suit on or before December, 2024 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties on usual formalities.
