He submits as per the status report the petitioner has already expired and death report has been submitted before the Trial Court on 10.04.2017. Thus, the present revision has become infructuous and submits for passing necessary orders.

It appears from the aforesaid report of Additional Public Prosecutor, Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur dated 04.07.2022 that the petitioner of this case namely, Chandan Dey Hasra has died and the death report has been received by the Trial Court on 10.04.2017. In the aforesaid backdrop, the present revision has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. All connected applications also stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
