1. The petitioner is in custody for about one year. His prayer for bail was rejected as back as on 20th June, 2025. An improvised fire arm and fake currency notes to the tune of rupees twenty thousand were seized from the petitioner. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case, but charge has not yet been framed and the next date fixed in the month of November, 2025. The present petitioner is the sole accused in this case.

2. In the above circumstances, considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioner having other criminal antecedent, this Court is not inclined to pass any favourable order at this stage.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

5. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
