In compliance with the order dated 30.08.2023 the petitioner No. 1 i.e. Mahadeb Chakraborty, petitioner No.2 i.e Manomohan Chakraborty, petitioner No.3 i.e. Pratima Chakraborty, petitioner No.4 i.e. Sima Bhattacharya, petitioner No.5 i.e. Anjan Bhattacharya and petitioner No. 7 i.e. Tarak Acharya are present in Court today. Their personal appearance is noted and dispensed with.

The report filed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arambagh, Hooghly through the learned Registrar Judicial Service dated 25.09.2023 stated that the G.R. Case No. 438 of 2010 arising out Goghat Police Station case No. 90 of 2010 dated 13.06.2010 has been disposed of after trial on 25.11.2013 whereby the eight accused persons were acquitted under Section 248(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Let the said report be kept on record.

The learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted a copy of the aforesaid judgment dated 25.11.2013. Let the same be kept on record.

In the above premise, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as learned trial court for information.
