The petitioners in four of the writ petitions mentioned in the order dated 6th April, 2021 seeks to withdraw the said writ petitions. Material respondents are present.

In view of the submissions made by the writ petitioners in the presence of the respondents, W.P.A 20178 of 2019, W.P.A. 20179 of 2019, W.P.A.23565 of 2019 and W.P.A. 23567 of 2019 are dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that a contempt application filed by the petitioners in respect of an order related to these writ petitions shall not be proceeded with. He, therefore,

seeks leave to mention the matter as and when the matter is listed before the appropriate Bench.

Leave is granted.

Since all the writ petitions have been dismissed as withdrawn, all interim orders stand vacated and all connected applications are disposed of.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.7 submits that all the relevant service books shall be returned to respondent no.8.

Accordingly, learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.7 is directed to return all the relevant service books to respondent no.8 in course of the week. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
