At the time of hearing Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnors has filed a memo dated 11.07.2025 as issued by the alleged contemnor no. 1.

The same is taken on record.

At this juncture, Mr. Chatterjee submits before this Court that in compliance of the order dated 24.06.2025, the alleged contemnors have already complied with point nos. I, II and III as mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the said order. It is submitted by Mr. Chatterjee that the point no. IV of the paragraph no. 3 of the order dated 24.06.2025, is yet to be complied with. 4.
Accordingly, Mr. Chatterjee prays for three weeks time. 5.
Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner in his usual fairness raises no objection with regard to the accommodation as prayed for.

Let the matter be listed once again for further consideration on August 7, 2025 under the same heading.

On the adjourned date, the alleged contemnors are directed to submit the compliance report through their learned advocates.
