Mr. Maiti, learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos.3-5/WBUHS submits that the amount of `2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only), as sanctioned by the State respondents, shall be paid to the appellant. In view of such submission, no further interference is called for, in the present appeal and the same along with the connected application is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent nos.3-5 to disburse the said amount of `2,00,000/- in favour of the appellant, within a period of two weeks from date, subject to compliance of all necessary formalities.
