1. On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record and the report in the form of affidavit filed by the ESI Corporation, it appears that no supporting documents has been made part of the report.

2. The respondent/ESI is accordingly directed to file the documents relating to the statements as made in paragraph 4.

3. ESI shall also produce documents in respect of the insurance number of the deceased employee and the details as to the date of enrolment.

4. The report be filed by 13th May, 2026.

5. Matter be listed for hearing and necessary orders on 13th May, 2026.
