Records of the case reflect that there was seizure of 467.18 Kgs. of Ganja from two persons.

The call data records reflect that the petitioner was constantly in touch with the persons from whose possession the contraband has been recovered.

There is a money trail also involved as is reflected from the records. Witness action has started and 4 witnesses have also been examined.

Having regard to the stage of the case as also the quantity of seizure effected, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1197 of 2025 is dismissed.
