1. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the private respondents seeks leave to file Vakalatnama.

2. Leave sought for is allowed.

Let Vakalatnama be filed in the department by 3rd September, 2025.

3. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that with the assistance of the police the petitioners have already been put back in possession in the house from where they were driven out by the private respondents.

4. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the private respondents submits, upon instruction that, some time will be required by his clients for removing the articles of the private respondents which are inside the room used by the petitioners currently. Time has been sought for removing all articles including documents and jewellery.

5. The private respondents are directed to give prior intimation to the Officer-in-charge of the Raiganj Police Station and to the petitioners the approximate date and time for removing their personal belongings.

6. The private respondents shall remove their personal belongings in the presence of the police personnel upon making a proper inventory list and videography at the time of removal. Keeping in mind the Durga and Kali puja festival, time is granted till 27th October, 2025 for removal.

7. The police shall preserve the videography for future reference.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
