Mr. Tapas Kumar Dey ..for the alleged contemnor no.2 Mr. Swapan Kumar Datta, learned senior advocate submits that the order dated June 13, 2022 has been complied with by the Director of Public Instructions, West Bengal. He has made over the copies of the relevant documents showing compliance with the said order. It appears that the Director of Public Instructions, West Bengal has approved the service of

the petitioner and given her the status of State Aided College Teacher-II status and an arrear of Rs.3,47,395/- (Rupees Three Lakh Forty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Five Only) has also been directed to be released in favour of the petitioner.

Let those documents be taken on record.

There is no need to proceed further with this contempt application.

Accordingly, WPCRC 75 of 2023 is disposed of. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
