1. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas to dispose of the Title Suit No. 70 of 2021 expeditiously.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the suit is pending from the year 2021. The defendants are trying to drag hearing of he said suit.

3. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned trial Court.

4. In the light of the submissions, C. O. No.3445 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24Parganas to make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No. 70 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, if the

same is otherwise ready for hearing, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
