Learned Advocate for the appellant says that he has instructions not to press this appeal. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn along with the connected application.

Learned Advocate, however, says that an application for review of an order dated July 13, 2022 passed in WPA No.12116 of 2022 is pending. He says that the basic grievance of the appellant is pending adjudication in that review application. He prays that such application be disposed of expeditiously. We are not inclined to make any such request to the Learned Single Judge as we are aware of the tremendous pressure of work on all the Courts. The

appellant may make a fervent appeal to the learned Judge for early disposal of the review application to the extent the business of the Court may permit. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all necessary legal formalities.
