Anjali Mondal Ms. Priyanka Gope ..for the petitioner The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that through inadvertence in the cause title the designation of the court was wrongly mentioned as Civil Judge (Junior Division) 2nd Court at Arambagh instead of Civil Judge (Junior Division) 1st Court at Arambagh. Let such amendment be carried out here and now.

In view thereof, the designation of the court in paragraph 8 of order dated 16.09.2025 shall be read as "learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Arambagh".

Let such error be rectified.

This order shall form part of the order dated September 16, 2025.
