Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and his wife have been subjected to assault by the private respondents. To that effect attention of the Court was drawn to the injury report.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 4 and 5 is present and submits that the petitioner and his family members are bent upon to create an embellish facts for the police authorities to take steps with an ulterior object of grabbing the property.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that two criminal cases were earlier pending. Another criminal case being Canning PS case no. 640/25 dated 18.09.2025 has been registered for investigation.

Since all the criminal cases are under the jurisdiction of learned A.C.J.M., Baruipur, I direct that in

case further incidents happen petitioner would bring the same to the notice of learned A.C.J.M., Baruipur. In the meantime, police authorities would oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place With the aforesaid observations WPA 22363 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Since, no affidavits have been called for the accusations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
