Mr. Amitava Ghosh, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the direction passed by this Court vide order dated June 27, 2022 has been complied with and he files a letter of his Junior Mr. Sourav Chatterjee in support of his said submission, which is taken on record.

Mr. Sourav Sen, learned advocate appears and submits that Mr. Tarak Nath Halder, learned advocate for the opposite parties has requested him to inform this Court that the suit out of which the present revisional application arises, has already been dismissed.

In view of such development, C.O. 3645 of 2019 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
