1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. The learned counsel for the de facto complainant submits that she is living peacefully with her husband, that is, the petitioner and the disputes have been amicably settled.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely, Tafejul @ Tofijul Haque shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.2,000/-, with one surety, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

5. The petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer as and when required.

6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
