For the University GSD The grievance of the petitioners in the present application is that although they are the employees of the respondent no.6, but they are not getting their salary and are not in a position to perform their duties.

The petitioners submit that they made a representation to the Registrar of Societies on 1st August, 2025, but, in spite of receipt of the representation, no action has been taken.

This court finds that in the present writ application, no relief can be granted to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this writ petition, being WPA 22365 of 2025 is disposed of by directing the Registrar of Societies, WB to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners on 1st August, 2025 and take appropriate decision after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date receipt of this order.
