He prays for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. The petitioner is a member of organised racket who are engaged in pilferage of inflammable crude oil which was transported through pipeline. In view of the gravity of the offence and possibility of commission of similar offence if on bail, we are not inclined to grant bail the petitioner at this stage.
