In the first and second line of second paragraph at page two of the order dated 1st December, 2022 the expression "certify both the petitioner's attendance" shall stand corrected to read as "certify the contemnor no.2's attendance".

Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 1st December, 2022.

The other parts of the order dated 1st December, 2022 shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
