1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the charge-sheet, nothing substantial evidence could be found by the investigating agency. However, it has not been disputed that the petitioner is named in the charge-sheet.

2. Since the last order of rejection there has been no change in circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
