In re: WPA 1507 of 2017 WPA 19693 of 2018 WPA 5912 of 2017 Learned counsel appearing for the One Man Committee files report.
From the report it is seen:
"Status report in respect of Teachers Welfare Group of Companies.
In respect of 4(four) properties situated
at Mouza - Barakhola, J.L. No.-21 under P.S. - Purba Jadavpur and another property at Mouza - Ranabhutia, J.L. No.-6 under P.S.
Sonarpur both within the District of South 24 Parganas, Govt. valuations were asked for from the Inspector General of Registration & Commissioner of Stamp Revenue, West Bengal. The valuation reports have been received.
The certified copies of deeds have also been received from the concerned Registering Officers. Those properties will be placed for sale under next eauction.
Total 3458 nos. of applications of the depositor for refund of their invested amount have been received by the Committee of which no.
of applications have been processed. Till date Rs. 17,80,000/- only has been refunded among 183 no. of approved cases.
An amount of Rs.4,08,31,657/- only is lying in the corpus fund of the
Committee."

Banerjee, learned counsel appearing for the SEBI files an application for expunging the name of the respondent nos. 4 and 5(SEBI) from the writ petition.
Learned counsel appearing for the depositors prays leave to file an affidavit to the application preferred by SEBI.
