None appears for the petitioner or the opposite parties. The subject-matter of the case relates to an application for cancellation of bail in respect of an order dated 04.09.2019. Having considered that more than six and a half years have passed since such bail was granted and further change of circumstances have not been brought to the notice of this Court, at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of bail granted by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore on 04.09.2019. Accordingly, the application for cancellation of bail being CRM 10104 of 2019 is dismissed.
