1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary implicating the petitioner for the alleged offence along with one Satyan, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
