The present writ petition of the year 2010 has been preferred by the petitioners praying for necessary directions upon the respondents to set aside the order dated 30.10.2009 passed by the Judge, First Labour Court, West Bengal and to release the amount which has been deducted illegally from the Voluntary Retiral benefits of the petitioners.

There is no representation on behalf of either side since the date of listing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. WPA 18575 of 2010 is accordingly disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
