Mr. Aloke Chatterjee Mr. Arghya Mullick Muhammad Obaid...................for the petitioner This is an application for expeditious hearing of the applications filed under the provisions of sections 7, 8,9 and 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 in Act VIII Case No. 149 of 2022 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court at Alipore.

It appears from the order dated 16th May, 2023 that 16th August, 2023 was fixed for filing written objection to the application under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In view thereof, C.O. 3192 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court at Alipore to take up hearing of the application under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date fixed, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of two months from the next date

without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties expeditiously upon usual formalities.
