Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while deciding the main case the Tribunal fixed a time limit of days for deciding the representation/claim of the petitioners. Since the said decision was not taken within the stipulated time he filed CP No.54 of 2024 (Kolkata). The Tribunal considering the volume of applications for consideration and records attached therewith opined that no case for contempt is made out. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after passing of the impugned order dated 26.07.2024 till

date the outcome of such consideration is not made known/inform to the petitioners. In our opinion, in such a case the petitioners can file a fresh contempt/execution petition before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

By reserving liberty to file such application this petition is disposed of. In case the petitioners' claim is decided by the Department, the petitioners will be at liberty to challenge it in appropriate proceeding.
