Consequently, none represented on behalf of the State at the time when the writ petition has been called.

A direction was passed upon the Officer-in-charge of Salar Police Station to appear before this court. Today, the Officer-in-charge is virtually present. His further appearance (virtual) before this court, for the day, is dispensed with.

A representation was sent on 02.09.2025 to the Officer-in-charge of Salar Police Station and the nature of the complaint reflects a family feud between the petitioner and the respondent no.6 - being his son. The petitioner is a senior citizen who complains of being thrown out from his residence. The petitioner intends to stay at his residence which is situated within the jurisdiction of Salar Police Station.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.6 submits that there is no impediment if the petitioner stays at the residence of the demarcated area of the residence concerned.

Since the respondent no.6 has no objection to the petitioner's staying at the premises, in such circumstances, if the

petitioner is faced with any inconveniences, he will report to the concerned police station who would provide proper aid according to the demands of the situation without disturbing the possession of the respondent no.6 and his mother.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22019 of 2025 is disposed of.
