The petitioner lodged a complaint with the English Bazar P.S. being English Bazar P.S. 536 of 2024 dated 25.04.2024 under Sections 448/323/325/354/506/34 of the IPC.

Ld. advocate for the State has submitted a report, wherein, it reflects that the police authorities after completion of

investigation has submitted charge-sheet against 15 accused persons before the jurisdictional court.

In view of the changed circumstances, I direct that if there is any grievance in respect of mode and manner of investigation which has been conducted for which the defacto-complainant/petitioner is suffering, it would be the liberty of the defacto-complainant to approach the jurisdictional court under Section 173(8) of the cr.p.c./ Section 193(9) of BNSS.

If such application is preferred, the learned jurisdictional court would assess and dispose of the application preferably within a period of 45 days of filing of the same.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22743 of 2024 is disposed of.
