Roy Ms. Sima Biswas, ... for the State We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show that the petitioner had been harassing the victim girl and had threatened that he would kidnap her. In view of the harassment, she committed suicide. In the light of the aforesaid incriminating materials and the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipating bail to the petitioner.
