2. Affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.

3. Mr. Tulshi Das Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some reliefs, which cannot be entertained in this public interest litigation.

4. The Religious Endowments Act of 1863 deals with this kind of properties and also provides remedy. Thus, this PIL is not entertained and is hereby dismissed. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners to approach appropriate forum.
