It has been submitted by Mr. Ekramul Bari, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking implementation of the order dated May 21, 2010 passed by the Director of Public Instruction, West Bengal, which is appearing at page 29 of the writ petition.

He further submits that the said order has been implemented during pendency of this writ petition and the petitioner has been appointed to the post in question. In view of the same, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 18584 of 2010 is disposed of. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
