Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the medical papers. Medical report shows victim suffered grievous injury. Statement of witnesses implicates all the petitioners. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4710 of 2022 is dismissed.
