1. The learned advocate for the petitioners has handed over a written instruction that the writ petitioners want to withdraw the writ petition as they do not wish to proceed any further in the writ jurisdiction. She, however, submits that the writ petitioners be granted liberty to avail other remedy in accordance with law.
