Learned advocate for the State submits as follows. The minor girl has now been removed to a care home under the supervision of the CWC, Kolkata. The same nevertheless is run by an NGO. The minor child is attending her school from the said home. After 3 months a social investigation report will be filed for further assessment.

Learned advocates for the petitioner and the respondent No.4 do not have any objection to the child being kept under the care of such home.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that such care may continue even after 3 months.

In view of the aforesaid report, there is no need to pass any further order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
