1. Despite service of notice, the respondents are not represented. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondents being the police officials and civic volunteer had forcibly entered into their house without an warrant and without reasons since after filing of the writ petition having been any such disturbance in the past.

3. In that view of the matter, reserving right to the petitioner to approach the concerned Superintendent of Police in future against such improper action, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
