1. It appears from the report filed by the DI of School (SE), Uttar Dinarjpur, that efforts have been made to seek a replacement teacher for the petitioner from nearby schools since September, 2024 but no response has been received. The DI shall continue to make such efforts to seek a replacement teacher.

2. With the aforesaid observations, CPAN 1483 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

3. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
