It appears from the order dated 25th July, 2023 that 19th September, 2023 was fixed for filing of additional written statement by the defendant. Since the Suit for Ejectment is pending from the year 2014, the revisional application CO. 3195 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Additional Court at Alipore to dispose of the Ejectment Suit 08/2014 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties preferably within June, 2024.
