1. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a free fight between the neighbours in which both sides have suffered injury.
2. The learned Counsel for the State in opposing the prayer has referred to the statement of the injured and the medical report.
3. Considering the material available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioners in the commission of the alleged offence and the nature of injury which appears to be grievous and that the petitioners have been named by the injured, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
