...... petitioners Ms. Oindrila Ghosh ....for the petitioners Ms. S. G. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor ....for the State Petitioner had obstructed police personnel who had come to the spot and to arrest miscreants.

In view of the conduct of the petitioners and the nature of offence affecting public order, we do not consider it prudent to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being C.R.M.(A) 4696 of 2022 is dismissed.
