Mr. Saibal Bapuli, Ld. APP, Mr. B. Bhattacharya ....for the State Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He contends no narcotic substance was recovered from his possession. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in June, 2022.

We have considered the materials on record. The petitioner in conspiracy with co-accused was dealing in narcotic substance. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on a number of times and lastly in June, 2022. There is no change in circumstances since then.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
