1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. A large cache of arms was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Nature of recovery shows involvement of the petitioner in inter-state arms dealing. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
