Petitioner is aggrieved with the order passed by the learned Magistrate on 15th July, 2023. Being aggrieved by such order, petitioner preferred a revisional application before the learned Chief Judge, City Sessions Court, Calcutta being Criminal Revision No. 185 of 2023.

The Learned Chief Judge by its order dated 22-08-2023 was pleased to dismiss the revisional application. Having considered the fact that two courts have already decided on the issue, I am of the opinion that no question of law is involved to invoke the inherent power of this court or to invoke the supervisory powers of this court. The order under challenge reflects a date fixed for hearing. Petitioner would be at liberty to raise his grievance before the learned Executive and Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd court, Calcutta in M-35 of 2022.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application 3490 of 2023 along with the connected application being CRAN 1 of

2024 is disposed of.
