1. The writ application is moved by the learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of the learned counsel for the State.

2.It appears that among other prayers the petitioner at this stage only prays for relief as per prayer 'a'

The copy of the representation is at page 86 of the writ application.

3.On hearing the parties and on perusal of the materials on record and considering the relief prayed for, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 2 shall consider the representation dated 2.9.2022

as submitted by the petitioner before the respondent no. 2 and upon hearing all the stake holders shall consider the representation and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing within 60 days from the date of communication of this order.

4.In case a copy of the representation is not available with the respondent no. 2 , the petitioner is at liberty to place a copy of the same which shall be disposed of by the respondent no. 2 as directed by this Court.

5.It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and the petitioner is at liberty to agitate the points raised in the representation and writ application before the respondent no. 2, who shall consider the same in accordance with law .

6. WPA 22368 of 2022 stands disposed of.

7.Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be

given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
