The writ petition is taken up for consideration in presence of the leaned advocates representing the petitioners and the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

Ms. Nandy, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioners and submits that the petitioners do not want to proceed with the matter and in support of the same a letter dated 28th September, 2022 has been placed before this Court which she has received from the petitioners. Such letter dated 28th September, 2022 is taken on record.

In view of such submission being made on behalf of the petitioners the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
