Challenging the action taken by the secured creditor in respect of the secured asset under Section 14 of the SARFASI Act, 2002, the present writ petition has been preferred.

Due to existence of efficacious alternative remedy, the present writ petition can't be entertained. In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 18633 of 2010 is dismissed.

No order as to costs.
