Mr. Indranil Halder ...for the Petitioner Mr. Aayush Sharma ...for CESC 18-09-2025 AKG Ct. 15 The petitioner seeks a domestic electricity connection for the premises situated at 6/2, Haripada Mukherjee Street, P.S. Belghoria, Kolkata - 700056.

Learned advocate appearing for the Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation (CESC) submits that an inspection of the premises will be conducted by officials of CESC within ten days from the date of this order. It is further submitted that, subject to the inspection revealing technical viability, the electricity connection shall be effected in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the above, in the event the proposed connection is found to be technically viable, CESC shall provide the electricity connection to the petitioner at the earliest, subject to compliance with all formalities by him. In the event the connection is found not to be viable, CESC shall communicate the reasons for the same to the petitioner forthwith.

Accordingly, WPA 22106 of 2025 stands disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
