The petitioner approaches this Court for direction to allow to appear in the Interview/Selection Test for the post of Group 'D' in Mohishageria A.M.A. High Madrassah (H.S.) at Mohishageria, P.O. Golar, P.S. Keshpur, District Paschim Medinipore.

It appears from the records that he was allowed to participate in the Interview/Selection Test vide order dated 23.09.2009.

None appears on behalf of either of the parties. No accommodation is sought for.

This case pertains to year 2009 and pending for more than 16 years.

Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency of this case, this Court proposes to dispose of this case.

Petitioner got chance to appear in the Interview/Selection Test but, thereafter, either his purpose has been solved or he abandoned his prayer.

In view of the facts, the W.P.A. 17109 of 2009 is, thus, dismissed.
8.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
9.
There shall be no order as to costs.

The parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
