Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner claims to be owner of a property where the private respondents have been causing interference in peaceful enjoyment of the same. To that effect, when resistance was offered at the behest of the petitioner, he was subjected to physical assault. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities have already drawn up proceedings under section 126 of the BNSS on or about 15.09.2025.

Since the police authorities are aware regarding the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, I direct the police authorities

would keep a strict vigil and ensure that the situation is not blown out of proportion because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22189 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
